Hi friends, time for a short update! I've been busy with work and preparation for my upcoming trip to NYC in just 5 days! Wheee, I seriously can't wait! Still so many things to do before I leave, but somehow it feels good to know I'll be abroad again XDD
Today I met my lovely friend Theresa for browsing the Christmas Market and for window shopping. We looked for new items we could take for our project "twin-outfit". Yeah, we wanna do a twin outfit together, it will be fun! Never done that before, so I've always wanted to create one! Stay tuned for our twin-outfit! Well, it sounds as if I'm announcing it so big and then in the end it will be just something normal, lol.

I scribbled this list at work today! While most people make a list about what to see/visit I made a list of what to eat, lol. Ya, that's me, I love eating and I'm so much looking forward to stuff myself with tasty food in New York. And of course Starbucks!!! XDD THEY HAVE MACCHA FRAPPUCHINO IN THE US <3<3<3 My fav drink in Starbucks Japan! SB Germany doesn't have it...
There are still so many things to look forward to this week! Tomorrow's my Mum's birthday celebration, we'll have a feast at home! Thursday I'll have dinner with two good friends and Karaoke at the weekend! Wish you a nice week as well! Love, TT.

OH YES New York has the BEST Cheesecake in all of the US! ^^ You will be getting the "best of the best" in New York then! Pizza as well! I'm so excited for you!

ahh so chrimassy and pretty! Oh RYC - I've been to Munich around xmas time before, the markets were awesome!! They also hold German markets in my hometown every year, but nothing beats the real thing!

I don't recommend TGI Friday's in Times Square. It disappointed me greatly because it was more expensive than other TGI Friday's and not even on the same quality. I don't know what's wrong with that location.
I recommend Shake Shack if you want to try their food instead!

Yeah, I'm so much looking forward to New York Cheesecake! It is my fav cake of all times! I always make one at home cause the only proper Cheesecake you can get in Germany is at Starbucks, lol. The Pizza was your tipp, remember? XDD I hope I can share my excitement with you all through my blogposts. Still don't know if I do live-blogging or blog when the trip is over... the best would be something in between though!

Yeah Christmas is my favourite time of the year :) Oh cool I've never been to Munich before, but I'm gonna change my plane there, hahaha, well, that doesn't count, lol. Great you could've experienced a real German Christmas Market! There is also a small one in Roppongi, if you don't already know about!

I am not 100% sure yet. Definitely Tokyo. But I am staying for two weeks, so also would like to see Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe. I might come back to you for food recommendations!

Jaa, ich liebe Weihnachten über alles!!! Im Moment ist es gar nicht nicht so kalt hier in düsseldorf, in der Schweiz mus es ja um einiges kälter sein! Aber wirst du dann ja sehen am Samstag! Und du musst mit uns singen XD
Jaa, ich bin auch schon total aufgeregt weil ich noch nie da war! Wenn ich nach Japan fliege ist zwar auch ne gewisse Aufregung da, aber da Japan eh mein zweites Zuhause ist und ich mich da gut auskenne und schon of da war ist es was ganz anderes mal auf die andere Seite der Welt zu fliegen. hoffe ich bekomme keinen Jetlag, hahaha.
Unsser Markt ist ganz okay, denke ich, es gibt bestimmt berühmtere oder schönere in der Gegend. Eigentlich bin ich auch noch gar nicht in Weihnachtsstimmung, aber hoffe es kommt dann langsam auf. So wie man sich darauf gefreut hat als Kind, das kommt wohl nicht mehr, hahaha.
Wir sollten mal alle zusammen nach Japan und eine Fress-Tour machen XDDDDD

Well, I've been to different places outside of Tokyo, Tokyo wasn't even the first city I've visited in Japan, it was Fukuoka in Kyushuu! A very lovely place. I also recommend Shikoku, there I've vsitied Takamatsu, Kotohira and Kouchi. Shikoku is very rural, but definitely worth a visit! And yes Kansai! I love Osaka and Kyoto, such wonderful places, the people are so nice in Kansai, even to foreigners XD

Its so nice to see these photos, it made me feel so much better and festive during this stressful time. When I look at these photos it makes me think Christmas is as big in Germany (bigger?) as in the USA. I should take some Christmas photos around my town, but we don't have such a thing as the Christmas Market.
And wow you are going to NYC next week? How did that time arrive so quickly!! I can't believe it XO I know its going to be amazing and Christmas time is really the best time to go there. Make sure to see all the beautiful window decorations of the big department stores like Macy's. I will try to get your xmas gift to you before Christmas haha, though I'm sorry it was before you traveled.

Broadway and 8th Ave. I never went to their store but I have had their cheese cake it is quite good!

Oh I'm so glad you liked the pics, as always just taken with my amateutirsh cam, I hope I can get my hands on a dslr someday, lol. I'm planning to take more winter fotos, so hopefully you'll like to see them too. Well, i don't think German Christmas is as big as in the US. the decorations must be more cooler over there, bigger and more spectacular! But I guess I'll see in a few days! No I definitely won't miss all of the wonderful decorations! I'll take loads of fotos to share with you all!

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt auch noch nicht wirklich in Weihnachtsstimmung, aber das kommt eh immer etwas spät bei mir. Spätestens wenn wir unseren Baum aufstellen und ich ihn schmücken darf <3 Oh man, man denkt irgendwie das ganze Jahr nicht an Weihnachen und dann ist es ganz plötzlich wieder da und ich hab noch soviel zu tun dafür, hahaha.
Doch doch, du kannst sowas total gut, ich bin ja schon froh dass ich halbwegs bloggen kann, so einen Header würde ich nie hinbekommen :) ich find ihn schön und es passt so gut in diese Jahreszeit.
Jaaa, das ist nicht mehr lustig mit den ganzen Baustellen... und das geht die nächsten Jahre so weiter, ich sollte in andere Länder flüchten bis die Baustellen weg sind, hahaha.

Singapore has all the ice cream palours that you listed down! I've tried all except Cold Stone Creamery.
And there's TGI Friday, Hard Rock Cafe and Starbucks too! Wow I can't believe there's actually so much to eat in Singapore. Haha!

Wow, then Singapore is so much more better in regard of those stores than Germany!! :) We only have Haägen Dasz as store, and sometimes you can find Ben&Jerry's in supermarkets only, hahaha! You should go and have a try!
