Funny Friday

Hi friends, are you ready for the weekend? I have to work this Saturday, but therefore I got Friday off! I made good use of the time today, I ran many errands and met up with Shou-chan and some other friends for dinner! Have some fotos of the day :)

 This is still from Thursday when I met up with Charlotte and our friend Sebastian, whom we haven't seen since January this year when he visited us while we lived in Tokyo. We had super delicious Bubble Tea. Point: Charlotte's selfmade handbag!

House Warming Party

Hi friends, are you enjoying the weekend? I definitely am, cause I don't have to work this Saturday! XD Work was actually quite good this week, I got a new task to do, so hopefully I'll do a good job, lol.

On Friday my very dear friend Shou-chan finally moved to Düsseldorf after gaining her driver's license only days ago! Congratulations again, honey! I knew you'd make it! She made a house warming party which  I got invited to, together with some friends of her from school. It was a funny evening, but I was so tired after work... Anyway, from now on we're gonna hang around alot, right? <3 Have some fotos from the party!

Thanks again for that wonderful party, it was a lot fun, even though I was so tired ;P I was so glad to finally meet her bf as also, we knew each other but never spoke to in person, lol. 

Today my mum, elder sis and me went to the hospital to visit our neigbour who just gave birth to two beautiful twin girls the other day! They were so small and fragile (both 45 cm and only 2kg heavy), just like dolls! I was so afraid to take one of them into my arms, I might squish them, hahaha. Our neigbours are proud parents now, and my mum already said she's gonna help them out as a babysitter, lol.

Random Post, just to post again XD

Hi friends, how are you? Did you have a nice weekend? Mine went by too fast, it's Monday again... And the most important news at the beginning, my bro and me booked our tickets to NYC yesterday! So it's settled now, we will be in the States for the first time from Dec 5~14 :) It's a trip during pre-Christmas time, so I'm specially happy about that! I'm so much looking forward to get outta good old Germany again <3<3<3 I keep styding those guide books I got and start making lists what to see and what to do, lol. I'll keep you updated about further plans *__*

So today's post is just for posting something again, have fun with the random fotos (mostly food pics, cause I had nothing interesting to take fotos of, haha)!

My food haul at the asian supermarket :) I mostly got jap. food like Mirin, Dashi, Udon and Shiro Kamaboko

Here's the unpacked Kamaboko. Basically it tastes like Surimi, I used to eat it so often when I was living in Tokyo. We put it into our salads, or eat it like that with Wasabi and Shoyu <3

On Saturday my little sis and me went to have Ramen at the japanese quarter, and it was so damn good! Felt like being in JP again, hahaha! I had shoyu Ramen, and sis had Kara-Age Ramen.

Then we went to a local department store to get sosme sweets XD Sis got a huge crocodile and frog, haha. 

Many of you know I'm a Jelly Belly addict! I got myself two little bags of the ice-cream parlour Jellies! So yummy! XD

On sunday we had a super yummy Barbeque at my bro's place! My sis and me played "Grillmeister", lol.

Last but not least, have a look at my kiiroi tori phone holder! It is holding my japanese clamshell phone which I'm trying to make it work in Germany.

My lovely friend Lou was so kind to give me a Blog Award in her last post, thank you so much my dear! I miss you heaps as well, and all the funny meet-ups and the time we were hanging around in Tokyo :) Hope to see you soon in Düsseldorf at the Japan-Day! So what can I tell you about myself, what you don't know already, lol. I'm deeply convinced that dreams can become true, if you only work hard for it. I experienced that myself, so I know what I'm talking about. So never give up!

Very short update

Hey friends, I'm sorry I didn't get to post anything since over a week, but my everyday life is just so busy at the moment... I had to work on Saturday again, and off on Friyday instead.

My highlight this week was a meet-up with my friends Charlotte and Alina and her bf on Friday. It was the first time for me to meet Alina, she is super cute and such a nice girl! I really hope I become good friends with her as also. I didn't take any pictures of that day, but Alina posted about it here, so please have a look! We did some Purikura, had Bubble Tea and went to McDonalds, lol. It was such a funny day and I hope we can meet-up again soon!

On Sunday we had a family lunch in a japanese restaurant, which was so yummy! I was so stuffed, hahaha! And again no fotos, sorry for that! Next post will be filled with lots of fotos as a compensation XD

My elder sis gave me all these travel guides as she was in NYC so often before! I'm gonna study all of those for my upcoming trip. My bro and me will book our tickets this week, that's so exciting, I really can't wait!

Okay, sorry for this very short post! I have to go to bed early today, as I have to get  up at 5 am tomorrow to say goodbye to my dear friend L. who will leave for JP for her one year exchange with our partner university! Oh I don't really like goodbyes, but I'm trying my best to go to JP again spring 2012 to see all of my friends from over there again.
