Little Update and Giveaway Winner

Hey friends, hope you're doing fine! I can't believe February is almost over, a month passes so fast! Well, I realized I haven't yet announced the winner of the giveaway, which is a shame since it is one from so long ago, hahaha! I'm sorry it took so long! But well, have some pictures!!

Meet-up with Mia and Kaddy

Hi friends, hope you're having a nice week so far! Today I got to meet up with Mia and for the first time with Kaddy, a fellow blogger and Mia's friend. We went to OCS to have lots of Purikura , then to a Cafe and finally shopping in town! It was a lovey aftrenoon, the girls are so nice and we had lots of fun :) Have some fotos of the day!

This and That

It's Karneval time here in the region I live but I've never been a fan of it, but nevertheless I wish all who participate a lot of fun, please take care of drunken people and flying bottles XDDD

Lately I made some more pages of my scrapbook, wrote some letters and still have my knitting pullover to be finished, hopefully it will be next week! Can't wait to show you the finished projects ;) Well, I also have to write another job application, this time in English, oh my God, can anybody of the Englsh mother tongues read it and correct it?? ;)

This time I just have some fotos from the last days, today and tomorrow are "holidays", the shops are closed so nothing else to do than stay at home! Btw, my friend Theresa is having a huge clothing and accessories sale at her blog, Sweet Milk Coffee, if you are intersted, just pay her a visit!

Happy Valentine

Hey friends, did you have a nice Valentine's Day? I think also singles can have a nice Valentine, and since I had nothing special planned for this day, Charlotte and me decided to have a spontanous meetup for Puris and dinner at our favourite Ramen-ya :) Have some pictures!

Scrapping Stuff and Other Things

Hi lovelies, hope you enjoyed the way too short weekend! I thought it was time to blog again, to get some distraction from job hunting XD I haven't heard yet from the interviewers, so while waiting for that I'm just continuing looking for the right job :) If possible I don't wanna go too far away from Düsseldorf, so that limits my search, too. Well, to more comfortable things: my scrapping materials arrived! I want to show you them along with some fotos from the weekend!

 Oh another thing, it snowed last night! It rarely snows here in Düsseldorf, so I had to take this snow foto XD

 My masking tape order from nauli.de I love to support small companies and nauli is one of them, founded by two creative sisters. Look at how lovely the package was, I stole that idea to decorate my tape box! :) Now I have nine new rolls of lovely tape, can't wait to scrap again!

 Scrapping Paper Set from buntpapiershop.de They contain 44 pieces of wonderful paper with nostalgic prints from flowers, to maps or simple lines :)

 They have deco examples in there, but I have my own ideas! XD And look at the flower print paper, I'm so enchanted, lol

 Some other examples :) Masking tape and paper sets are rather expensive, but the money was totally worth it, since I'm investing so much time and energy into my scrapbook, the materials should be good too, right?

 Sushi from the weekend! My sis and me were craving sushi so much we just bought two sets to eat as midnight snack :) 

 I haven't showed you the Jelly Belly machine yet, haven't I? It is actually my brother's but he left it here. You have to put in real coins to get some Jellys, hahaha! Snacking and saving money, that is a good idea!

 I discovered this in the local supermarket today and can't wait to try it, I love Oreo cookies and Milka chocolate, and I wonder how the combintaion will be like!

In this sense, I'm off eating chocolate XDDD See you!

Afternoon Coffee with Theresa

Hey readers, here I am again with a new post! Somehow I really love to post lately, even though my entries aren't that valuable XD Well, today I had the other job interview and afterwards I met my dear friend Theresa for our usual hanging around (well, the last time I saw her was over three weeks ago I think ^^').

The interview actually went okay, I have the feeling I wasn't failing that much, the last half of it was even on Japanese were the interviewer complimented my spoken Japanese, she said it was accent-free (too bad it is not mistake-free, lol I still do some minor mistakes but talk quite fluently). So, they will decide on one person during next week, and I'm not so sure about my chances, that working place has much to do with economics. Well, let's see, I wouldn't be too dissappointed if I didn't get it XD

Right after the interview I met up with Theresa, but we decided to do a spontanous location change as I wanted to check something in the bookstore, we also went to World Coffee which is also in the bookstores building! Have some fotos! The first four pics are stolen from Theresa ;)

Finally the two of us! My bang has become soooo long, it even covers parts of my eyes, so here you see me without it. I'll chop it off tomorrow, it is so annoying having hair which grows so fast XD

 Two new Manga I bought yesterday, Sailor Moon Vol 5 and my other fav, Ouran! 

I'm so sad it is the last one from Ouran, but the ending was so cute :)

Finally my new gingerbread man tin box in which I store my scrapping materials! The box was a gift from my sis bf!
