About difficult decisions

Hi readers, I hope you all had a lovely Easter holiday?? Mine were relaxing, but very boring! XD I did some handicrafts, watched all the Easter movies on TV (oh yeah, I did XD) and spent the days basicially doing nothing. On Sunday we went to the airport to send my little sis back to Tokyo, she will finish her semester at Meiji and will return in August.

Today's post will inform you about my decision concerning my "Japan-Problem". It was a very hard and difficult  one (probably the most difficult I had until now), but I will not go back. It is not only because of the radiation and such, I know Tokyo is safe and besides some little earthquakes which happen from time to time it should be fine now. It is more a financial matter which keeps me from going back, some personal reasons and of course my family. Maybe some will say I'm old enough to decide for myself, but they are my family and I don't wanna have disputes with them, and I wanna get along with them for at least a little longer XD And I don't wanna go back alone. So stupid as it sounds, I don't wanna live on my own. I tried it the first month over there and it just didin't go well. I was so happy when I could move into my friend's apartment back in December. And it is more fun to share all the fond memories you can make in such a fantastic city like Tokyo with someone.

So for the moment I have to say goodbye to my "second home country", but I will be back soon! My former roommate Charlotte and me are planning to go back to Tokyo in summer 2012 with another Visa and stay for another year. This will surely work out!

So just wait for us Japan, we will be back in an instant!

I still have to cancel my phone contract and my February and March salary is still on my jap. bank account. I will tell my sis to go shopping for me, lol. I think I can get loads of new stuff, hahaha!

Btw: I tried to make my posts look more intersting by using animated emoticons, the raw versions look very good, but as soon as I post it, there are ugly red boxes around the emoticons, does anybody know how to remove them??

See you!

Sunny Day Happy Thursday

Hello my lovelies :) I hope you can enjoy beautiful weather in your countries as well, here in Germany it's just so sunny and (maybe a little bit too) warm at the moment I decided to spend the day more or less outside :-) I met up with my friends Shou-chan and Lara to have delicious cupcakes in our favourite cupcake cafe, to walk through the park and a little malling XD Have some fotos of the day!

Oreo Cupcake and Macadamia White Latte :-)

Shou-chan (taken with my jap mobile camera which I love sooo much)

I'm wondering why I couldn't turn this picture... Anyways, love this shot ;)

 A humble me, lol

I was wearing little heels but still I'm not tall, hahaha!

Her outfit, wasn't it lovely? I wish I had her sense of fashion!

Thank you girls for that awesome day :-) I'm looking forward to Shou-chan's move to Düsseldorf, then we can do a looooooot of more fun things togerther. See you soon again!

I'll do a post about my Japan problem the next couple of days, until then I'll leave you with the best wishes and a very Happy Easter! Enjoy your holidays!

Sometimes luck is by my side

I got a phone call yesterday in the morning with the lucky message that I've won something :-) I participated in a game from our local supermarket a week ago and see what I won:

It's a 500g huge chocolate bunny from Lindt!! <3333 Oh my, what do I do with so much chocolate?? XDD

Well, I rarely win anything, so it was a lovely surprise to start into the day with. The weather has been perfect too, the last couple of days, so I'm ready for the easter holiday XDD Sorry for this short post, the next time I'll have more to tell you about :-)

April in Düsseldorf

Wow, it's been again a while since my last post, where did my time go?? Anyways, I'm still as good as clueless about what to do about my Japan-Working Holiday-problem. On the one hand I'd like to board a plane back to Tokyo immediately, but on the other hand my reasons for not going back seem to predominate atm... and I'm not only talking about the nuclear plant, there are several other good reasons for staying in Germany. I think I will do a classical pro/contra list the next days and think about what to do. I also have to pay the japanese embassy a visit and ask if it is possible to get a complete new WH visa. That would solve all of my problems! Well, a lot of my friends have returned or will go back, as will my little sister to finish her semester at Meiji University. I don't wanna be the only one who stays behind ;___;

Almost two weeks ago I had a lovely birthday celebration with my friends in a local park, we made a little picnic! It was so much fun and I got cool presents XD Thank you again my lovelies :-)

 The food *___*

 Secretly taken :-)

Me and one of my best blogger and rl friends Shou-chan

The presents! I got mostly money and other stuff from Lush from my family

Well, the last couple of days I was just meeting my friends a lot for funny things to do, and I started to learn japanese again, hahaha! I thought I must use my time wisely, in Tokyo I never got to even open my textbook, lol. I started knitting again and right now I'm working on a little knitting project for my friend. And since it's spring, I decided to clean up my whole room, I wanna throw a lot of things away and change the posittions of my furniture. When it's all finished I can give you a video tour through my room, XD

It was so dusty I had to wear a face mask, hahaha. No, I'm quite allergic to dust, so that's why. This is one of the rare pics where you see me without my glasses, lol.

Last but not least I wanna share a video (the very first one I made, btw) from my scrapbook! I started doing that in Tokyo, it's still not finished yet but hopefully soon. Seeing this book and the fotos makes me so homesick XD I also had to think about the funny evenings when my roomate Charlotte and me where crafting together. Anyways, have fun!
