Some more pics

As promised, I didn't let two weeks pass before I blog again, haha! Lately I'm really tired due to lack of sleep, lol. But my schedule is really busy, and there is hardly time to rest. But that's what I came here for, and not to sit home in my apartment. It started to get warmer here in Tokyo (was it ever really cold?? XD), so I think it's gonna be spring soon. I'm really looking forward to Sakura (Cherry Blossom) Season, I'm gonna spam you with beautiful pics then! But have some other fotos for now :-)

 Marshmellow Cafe Latte :-)

This is where I had it: The Cafeteria of Waseda Universtiy, the one Charlotte is going to :-) Yeah, both my sis and my friend are going to Top Elite-Universties here in Tokyo XD I'm also carrying a Waseda bag as you can see in thr pictute :-)

 Entrance to Ueno Park

Ema (small wooden boards where you write down your wishes-I've seen all different kinds of languages on those plates) in Ueno Park

A huge pond where you could rent boats

The new Starbucks Spring Limited Drinks and Cake wit Sakura flavour, they were really good :-) I wanna have that a few times more before it's sold out!

A Panda shop in Yokohama Chukagai (China Town) Two days ago I was able to meet up with my friends Meow and Tom and Sakie in Yokohama, we went to a stroll in Chukagai and we were treated to a delicious dinner in a Brazilian restaurant. They are such good and warm people, and this evening shall become a fond memory, specially because the two of them will move to Singapore at the end of March because of Tom's work.
I will miss them alot!

I got this lovely present from Sakie, she went to Kamakura that day! The dove cookies are a specialty from that area. Thank you!! :-)

A blurry (but happy) shot from me with a yummy dove cookie :-)

Lately I began with scrapbooking, here's a little sneak peak of what I made until now, haha!

Okay, I have to go to work now, see you next time! It is slowly becoming warmer here in Tokyo, I think spring is just a stonethrow away! At least the last two days were very sunny and warm (which means a lot of work for me since customers are increasing with warm weather!) See you!

I'm alive XD

Dear followers, I'm so sorry for not having blogged for over two weeks! Shame on me, but work is really eating up my time! Last week I had to work 5 shifts instead of three, and because Charlotte's Mum is for a visit in Tokyo atm I spend most of my free time with them, which is always very much fun but also exhausting, haha :-) The last four days the two of them went on a journey to Osaka and Hiroshima, so I invited my sis to come over and stay in Ikebukuro.

So, what did I do the last two weeks (except working of course): I met some friends for having fun, I spent a day in Kichijouji with my sis, had an unforgettable Valentine's Day (hihih, but not because of love, lol) went to a Theme-Cafe for the first time in my life, Charlotte and me had to go to the lost and found center in the Tokyo Metropolitan government buliding and I started to make a scrap-fotobook! But one after the other! XD

Inokashira Park- The weather was so beautiful that day we went for a walk

So about Valentine's Day: It began so well, I spent the day with Charlotte and her Mum in Odaiba, where we had a wonderful lunch, a ride on Tokyo's biggest ferris wheel and Coffee at Tully's, before I had to leave for work at around 5 pm. I had a normal working day, until it started to snow. Yeah, you got it right, we had a little snow storm in Tokyo that day, which wasn't too bad, if you leave out the fact I had to work until closing time at 10 pm. We have a kind of plastic roof for the outer terrace, and while it was snowing happily outside, the snow piled up on that roof and we couldn't move it back. We (me and two of my co-workers) panicked and feard the roof would break due tho the heavy snow, the boss already went home and we just didn't know what to do. So we called the boss and he told us to take a stick and just push the snow down. He said, we did XD It was so cold, wet and exhausting, and I also had to leave the two girls earlier, cause I had to catch my last train which leaves Juban (the area I work in) at 11:40 pm. I was told the two of them fought against the snow until half past twelve. On my way back home the snow started to melt and I was standing in knee high water, lol. An unforgettable Valentine's Day.

Care package from my friend K. and letters from friends! (Thanks Ai, Grace and B.)

New snack and sweets discoveries! (Charlotte's and my new hobby: nightly strolling around in convienence stores) Strawberry Baumkuchen, Green Tea Chocolate and Chocolate Marshmellow Daifuku

My sis, her Swiss friend and me went to an Okonomiyaki restaurant around the corner. You have to make the Okonomiyaki by yourself, and mine turned out to be quite nice!

Sneak peak from our apartment (don't mind me in my pajamas, lol) I didn't even realize when the foto was taken :-)

The view from our balcony (we live on the third floor)

Charlotte having breakfast in front of our aparment building XD

And myself :-) Well, not the best shot of me, haha.

Last week we went to a Theme Cafe called "Vampire's Cafe" in Tokyo's most expensive area called Ginza. It was my first time ever in a Theme-Cafe and it was very exciting! Everything was dark and only lit by candles, the waiters were dressed up as Vampires and there was even a coffin inside as decoration as well as some other loose body parts, hahaha! But the food was very tasty and the desserts were beautiful!! Have a look yourself!

 Charlotte's dessert :-)

My dessert: Black Tea Panacotta with rose-shaped Jelly

The coffin decoration! The hand was scary!

Well then, hope you got a little impression of what I do with my free time here, haha! Next post will not be that late again XD See you!

Finally again a post from me :-)

I'm sorry I lack in posting lately, it must seem to you that I'm so busy, which is actually true, haha. But of course that is no excuse for not posting, lol.

A few days ago I received a parcel from my lovely friend Shou-chan, which was filled with wonderful goodies, thank you so much! I'm already preparing something nice for you, so please look forward!

It was filled with so much love, I could feel that XD

Since I have to work so late my sleep rythm (is that the right word?) changed somehow, I usually return home at midnight and until I have finished everything it's like 2 am. I feel really sorry for making my roommate Charlotte stay awake until I return... Anyways, lately we started to take nightly strolls through the combinis in our neighbourhood (and we have a lot, lol) to discover new products we wanna try. I wanna write about those, since it is really unusual stuff, for which I love Japan:-) There is so many crazy  food here to discover, and of course we wanna try them :-)

Suntory Sparkling Water with Chocolate flavour

Have you ever heared of something like that? What caught my attention at first was actually not the chocolate flavour, but the beautiful bottle, lol. It's Alice-themed! The colour of the water itself was similar to white whine, and my first try was... well interesting! I've never had something like that before, but it was surprisingly good! The chocolate flavour is quite strong (but it's not that sweet) and in combination with the sparkling, it's a new taste experience! I can really recommend that to all chocolate lovers (like me) <33 Next review: White Cola! Stay tuned!

New purikura from Charlotte and me. Purikura machines really make you look like other persons, lol

My pink jacket is my new fav item :-)

This is what I really look like, lol. Again stuffing myself with Crepe and Caramel Milk in our fav Crepe store:-) Oh, and since most of you liked my Tully's pictures from last post, I'll post more of these fotos (I got to like them so much myself cause it's so funny to take them)

To end this post with a cliffhanger: my hair is super short now!! Charlotte played hairdresser for me and I could save some money :-) See you and good night! (It's again like 2 am, haha!)

February in Tokyo

Heyho, how are you my lovelies?? I'm sorry my last update is from over a week ago! I was so tired from work lately, I usually work in the late afternoon to the evening from 15 to 23 o clock, so when I return home it's like midnight, haha. You see, I really work hard, lol.

Anyways, have some fotos from the last couple of days (most of it is food of course, lately I can stuff myself with a lot of yummy things cause I have more money now than at the beginning, haha)

Mini Taiyaki (little fish shaped cakes with different fillings)

My sis dessert in the "Milky Way Parfait Parlour"

 My Montblanc ice-cream

New Ufo gets: I got the white one, Charlotte the two other. And we spent 200 Yen :-)

Krispy Kreme Doughnuts: I had the Valentine Special Doughnut, Charlotte the Vanilla Cookie Doughnut

Newest Purikura: You can see my new pink jacket on that, which I got from the last clearance sale for just 2400 Yen (it was 4000 before, you see I never ever pay the full price for an item I really want, haha). And it was love at first sight, this jacket is my new fav item <33

To end this post in a funny way, here is a little fotoshoot with me and my fav coffee ever, you loose Starbucks, hahaha! (Of course I still go to Starbucks, even if I work for the competition company, lol). The fotos were made with my mobile camera and turned out to be pretty funny, haha! Oh and btw these are my normal eyes, I'm not wearing any lenses, as it looks like in the first foto :-)  You can see Charlotte's Tully's foto here. Of course hers is much more cuter than mine XD

At the moment I'm really annoyed with the length of my hair, and I wanna chop them off, honestly, haha! That doesn't sound like a girl at all, right? I don't really treasure my hair like other girls, lol. Maybe you can see my new hair cut in the next post already? :-) See you!
